Once a self-exclusion request has been submitted, Your Customer Account shall be immediately suspended, and You shall not receive any promotional materials, marketing communications, or advertising offers from the Company throughout the exclusion period.

Upon activation of total self-exclusion across all gaming verticals:
- All gambling-related transactions shall be immediately blocked;
- The Customer’s Account shall be deactivated, thereby preventing any further play;
- Any remaining funds held in the account shall be refunded to the original payment method within two (4) business days, subject to the AML Policy and KYC Policy;

5.2. Operator-Initiated Exclusion
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently exclude a Customer under the following circumstances:
- There is substantiated evidence of problematic or harmful gambling behavior;
- TheCustomer has attempted or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities;
- Such action is deemed necessary to protect the Customer, other customers, or the integrity of the gaming environment.
Operator-initiated exclusions shall never be based on a Customer’s winnings or losses and shall be documented and retained for regulatory purposes for a minimum period of five (5) years.

6.5 Cool-off Period: If You require a temporary cessation of gambling activity, You may request a temporary suspension of Your Customer Account for a period of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, one (1) month (thirty [30] calendar days), or three (3) months (ninety [90] calendar days).
During the selected Cool-off Period, You shall be strictly prohibited from accessing, logging into, or otherwise using Your Customer Account to participate in any gambling activities. Any pending Wagers placed prior to the commencement of the Cool-off Period shall be honored in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions, and any Winnings derived therefrom shall be credited to Your Customer Account upon the expiration of the Cool-off Period.
The Cool-off Period constitutes a temporary suspension of the Customer’s Account, designed to allow a short-term interruption of gambling activities, whereas Self-Exclusion represents a long-term or permanent restriction intended to prevent the Customer from engaging in any gambling activity for a predetermined or indefinite period.
The Customer shall be granted the unconditional right to elect to proceed directly to Self-Exclusion should they deem such a measure more appropriate for their circumstances.
Furthermore, during an active Cool-off Period, the Customer may, at their sole discretion, request removal from all marketing, advertising, and promotional databases maintained by the Company. Upon the expiration of the Cool-off Period, account access shall be automatically reinstated unless a Self-Exclusion or other responsible gambling restriction remains in effect.
6.6. Account Closure
You may request to permanently close Your Customer Account at any time by submitting a formal request.
Should You later decide to reopen Your Account, reinstatement may be considered upon Your written request and subject to verification and compliance checks in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
